i am not sure about the price since my timewarner-bill does not break down the various charges.. there is just one lump amount that includes billing for all services, and taxes..
i think that the download-speed is advertised as being 8 MBPS but i get about 15 MBPS, based on speed-tests.. (i use to get around 30 MBPS, but apparently RR throttled it)..
i don't have any complaints about the service itself but i think timewarner's prices have gotten too high..
