Service has been better overall and even tech service on the phone has been much improved. Tech that come to the house however has not been good for me, some dont seem to know much about the service and the ones that do either dont really care enough or according to the support office forget to do certain things when replacing modems or routers that need to be done before leaving the residence in order to insure the equipment is working.

Unhappy With Roadrunner

My Roadrunner service is VERY bad. It loses the connection at minimum 3 or 4 times per hour. Reconnecting can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes each time. I have to run to Kinko's all the time because I work at home and risk losing valuable contracts because of deadlines if I don't.

Is there a DSL that performs better because I'll try anything at this point.

Re: Unhappy With Roadrunner

I hear Verizon is offering a very good competitive package, I might look into that soon.
