    I had 7mb/784 Timewarner RR at previous location but never really got that speed, always getting 6mb and around 500k for up. Exact opposite at new location. Took 11 days because they had to port over a phone# from Verizon. Constant 9.8mb/970 kb no matter what time of day. I can go without a few kbs, dont exactly think there is difference between 9.8mb and 10. Best customer service encountered so far. Tech support could be better but Im in the business so I know how some techs can have bad days and awesome days. Go for RR if they are avail in your area. DO NOT get dsl, I do tech support for dsl and I can tell you it goes down all the time and is never an option if you need stability.

    I fully agree with everything you say. I am also in the "Biz" and think TW tech support could be better. Service has been great and never below 9700kbps. I had RR at a previous location and the service was also on par there. Only service outage was due to construction down on "main street" in a small town. I also do tech support for DSL and also agree that it is not an option if you need a stable connection. Stay away from DSL unless its last resort.
