[Not long after they took over from Comcast]
I am getting what I ordered speed wise. However I don't feel it is good value for the money. If they ever get a competitor in this area such as Version fiber, or SBC fiber, I will switch rapidly. The harrasing phone calls to sell VOIP are driveing me up the wall. Three times I have requested they remove me from their call list, three times they said they would. Yet the sales calls continue....

Performance and service SUCK. Huge packet losses on their network remain long after several service calls...nothing has been fixed, they just waste my time and their techs time with trying fix obvious downstream problems at my location...I wish I had another choice in ISP.
