[Not long after they took over from Comcast]
I am getting what I ordered speed wise. However I don't feel it is good value for the money. If they ever get a competitor in this area such as Version fiber, or SBC fiber, I will switch rapidly. The harrasing phone calls to sell VOIP are driveing me up the wall. Three times I have requested they remove me from their call list, three times they said they would. Yet the sales calls continue....

Performance and service SUCK. Huge packet losses on their network remain long after several service calls...nothing has been fixed, they just waste my time and their techs time with trying fix obvious downstream problems at my location...I wish I had another choice in ISP.

When they finally fix the severe downstream packet loss problems on the three nodes I reported to them many times, I will consider the service "live", until then the partial service I am receiving is incomplete. I wonder just how many more truck rolls to my home it will take before the RR network folks actually fix the problem. What a stupid waste of RR resources and my time it is to expect to fix downstream network problems at a customers home....

2.) $90 for internet... NOT
3.) you blame a company for having the price higher because of no competition? that's common everywhere. Why blame TW b/c no other broadband ISP's have built there? When competition comes near, they'll adjust | |
