    I have 7 mbps package, upload speed is just around 400, Can't upgrade as Bright House needs basic cable service to upgrade (I have dish network), Customer service not easily reachable. Plus point is reliable and consistence speed. Had only one outage in last 3 years. Overall value for money. I think it is the time for Bright house Network to increase the speed of high speed service to a minimum of 10 mbps.
