Service is pretty good. Support is good. There is a 24/7 online support and phone. Support is English Speaking (BIG PLUS) and not outsourced. Only real gripe on support is their mantra about resetting your modem each time you call. I guess they assume everyone is a newb. Then again, the most obvious problems are ones that are usually overlooked. Other than that, the only other gripe are the subcontracted technicians. My friend had a horror story with it taking them multiple ones to fix his problem. In my case, I've never had that problem. Whenever I have had issues, they get resolved. Then again, I am knowledgeable and double check what they've done to be sure my line is working. Bottom Line. Recommended.
