    West side Manhattan out since Sunday 10/14. RR dial up is painful on Verizon
    and drops connection after 4 hours.
    Up was bumped to 10 down to 489. Now after outage it's fallen to 1400 up
    and 289 down.
    Nuf said. Oh they do not charge for days out if keep records and they
    match their records. Must call within 30 days.
