    I had no other options here in this small town for cable so it was pretty much TWC or TWC. I believe its a 5mbs a second internet and we pay about 50 a month. The order and install process what quite easy and went off without a hitch. I was suplied with a toshiba something rather modem and they ran a cable cord through our house no extra cost. For the first year and a half the cable was GREAT. I had fast dl fast ul great ms on every server in the united states. I could not ever find any packet loss or anything. Lets just say i absolutley loved it for the first year. So we have had if for about 3 years now and the last year and a half it is going straight to garbage. Seems like everyday it gets worse and worse. The ul and dl speed pretty much stayed the same maybe lowered a tiny bit but the ms has raised significantly to all the US servers that i can see of. And now in the past week or so i have been getting massive packet loss and the internet cuts out for like 1 - 4 seconds about 1 time every 3-5 minutes. Overall i was impressed with it at first but now want to change but have nothing to change too
