I've been happy overall with RR service since the changeover from Adelphia. Outside of periods of packet loss, the connection has been pretty stable. The few times I've had to call customer service issues were promptly resolved with one or two exceptions. After the Patriots day storm here in Maine my service went out. Two days later I called and was told it was on my end. BS I said. There were no issues on my end and they needed to send someone out to look at their equipment. Long and short of it is that two days after that my service mysteriously returned with no tech visit to fix anything on "my end". The problem was that my speed had suddenly been throttled back as I was only getting 600k dl's from sites where I had gotten dl's at about 950k just days before. No changes on the site I was grabbing from either. My calls regarding this issue were never resolved. My argument was that Adelphia gave me "premium" tier speeds as I just had HSI through them but paid a higher price for that. Am I losing my mind or does any one else remember that?

On that same subject... I pay $54.95 a month and am only seeing 5/384 on speed tests. According to the site, I should be getting turbo speeds ($44.95+ $9.95 for turbo). It seems that others local to my area are getting 10/1.

So, overall I can't complain too much. The service is there when I need it and works pretty well. I would like to get what I have seemingly been paying for though.
