    tech support stinks

    equipment stinks

    suppose to have a 200 mb/s connection lucky if i max out at 100 k/s

    equipment installer have no clue

    ambit was supplied i had them remove it and install the dcw725 so i could port forward

    i had road runner for 6 years now
    they just figured how to keep me connected

    i would recamend verision fio's
