    I had problems now for 2 months. They might be working on it or not, their support system is set back in the 80's. They can't give you an update, but they will waste your time doing the same test over and over again. I know the problem - neighbor nicked the underground wire - but nothing gets done.

    Its fast and well worth the money. When you have problems cancel the service and go dial up - you will be less frustrated. After a few calls into support you will think an hour for a download is not that bad.

    Ugly and I am paying for it.

    Its only getting worse.....3 months customer support is getting worse...speeds decaying --- I didn't think it could get worse but it has. Honestly...people if you have an option take it over Warner. I have wasted hours a day of my time trying to get anywhere in that company to get it fixed. If I had an option I would have taken it a long time ago.
