    I am a former Adelphia customer. I was transitioned to Time Warner as a result of their buy out. I started out in early 2001 with slow speeds and leveled off at around 4000 down and 384k up for quite a few years. As soon as Time Warner took over my area and made improvements to my area my speed is 10000 down and 1000 up. Quite a pleasant increase. Of course my bill went up $10.00 a month but the 103. now includes digital cable as well as roadrunner. Overall I am pleased and I never had to call time Warner for any issues whatsoever.
