I have 4mb/768 to the best of my knowledge. Install was quick because it was a new house and it was wired for internet. However; TimeWarner missed several appointments and was a real pain to get them to come here. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably get Verizon Fios, as it only costs a little more per month ($5) and you get 15/2 up/down connection. Verizon prides itself on Service, so that shouldn't be a problem either.
However; it is WAY faster than DSL. So it's working pretty good for me.
