While the line gets congested at night and on weekend, it is still reasonable speed of 1-2 mb/s. I have had this cable account back to the @Home days though Comcast now TW RR service. The one time I had to call for service under RR, the tech was knowledgeable and after basic test agreed that there was a network problem.
Over all, the service has been acceptable . I would like for their price to go down.
I wish they would upgrade the upload speed to at least 1.5mb/s. I have a site-to-site VPN set up between my parents house and mine that allows me to “fix” their computers remotely as they live over 700 miles away. A faster upload would allow me to but a small NAS box at their location for offsite backup of important information.
