 "No drops in speed, even during peak hours. I get full turbo speeds (15 mb), and sometimes it hovers around 17mb."

Road Runner is exactly like the cartoon character - it's fast. Even during peak hours, my turbo speeds never drop below 14.5mb and the upload is always consistent (768k). Online gaming is super fast, and according to speed tests I've run, my pings are usually 25 and below, which is awesome.
Overall, it's worth the money. Sometimes I wonder if I should test out WOW, since their upload speeds now offer up to 2mb upload, but hopefully Time Warner will boost upload speeds in order to keep competitive.
