    Time Warner took over Adelphia in this area,and improved service has been slow in coming,but steadily gets better.I now have 10 Mbps/ 1 Mbps service with more increases said to be on the way. Speeds do fluctuate but are very acceptable(for me).Packet loss is within reasonable range and tech support is very good.

    On a scale of 10, I rate my overall service at 8.5
