    Going from Optimum Online to Road Runner (we moved) was a disappointment. Their speeds cannot even compare. If a competing service came around with faster speeds, even with a larger price tag, I would jump in a heartbeat. RoadRunner does have a great business class (except for speed of course). Their customer service has been pretty good, but I only needed them once upon account commissioning.
