I'm liking the fast speeds. I switched from Verizon DSL, which was 1.5 Mbps down and 384 Kbps up, to 10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up with roadrunner.
This is my first day with roadrunner, but so far, so good. Setup was easy. Installer was knowledgeable and courteous. I had the house re-sided and have satellite, so I didn't have a cable from the pole to my house. Installer ran a new line and connected everything necessary for the high speed line in about an hour. I have a "home run" Ethernet line that was for my DSL, that runs from my basement to my second floor. I had the installer place the modem and cable line to a shelf in the basement next to the ethernet line. I took care of doing the physical connection to my computer after the installer left. I connected the modem to my computer and I was off and running, goodbye DSL!!!
I'll check back after I have had a chance to play around with roadrunner. I'm loving the speeds!!!
