I had this service installed on March 12th and it is now April 3rd and I have canceled it already. Good thing for their 2 month trial period.
It started with my first bill. I was being billed twice for RoadRunner and was charged AGAIN for the install. I called and got that taken care of only to find out when the service tech on the phone deleted BOTH RoadRunner accounts. I called back and got that straight and then the following day the digital phone quit. So another call was made.
After a couple more days the cable boxes were locking up and needed rebooted.
Then the internet started acting up. I was connected at full speed but would get disconnected and reconnected every 5 minutes to a couple hours. There was no way you could download a large file of stream radio or a movie. Called back and told them this and all they said was unplug the modem and router. Did that MANY times before calling.
And as far as the digital phone, it's just as bad. It's been off for a couple days now. Techs on the phone can't help, they say it should be working. They wanted to send someone out to look at it. I told them not to bother, I will be going somewhere else soon.
I finally got fed up and got service setup date with another company for internet, phone, and TV. Called TWC back and told them to disconnect me the following week so I had time to get the other service up and running. Well.... I was disconnected later that day. So ANOTHER call was made to get it back on. They offered me 3 months free for the trouble but I don't see the reason in that since my service will be turned off in 5 days now anyway.
So in short, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't know what they are doing and the service is total junk. Can't wait to get away from these people.

| Sorry As a Time Warner Cable employee of almost 10 years, I have to report these claims are true. I have watched, (Not Silently) while the quality of our service has gone downhill. It has gotten to the point where I can't mention at public functions where I work, for fear of being surrounded by people with complaints of how bad their service is. Now the issue of the caps keeps coming up, as well as the TV service constantly dropping off. Our Management ONLY cares about making Their "Numbers", at all costs. We have even been told in meetings, "Who cares what the dumbshit's think or want, just make the numbers!" It makes me sick and ashamed to work for this company, and I Personally apologize to all the customers that Time Warner has Wronged. I also have stopped being a customer, as it was unusable, and as an employee, I got the service for free. I gladly Pay for Direct TV and DSL, as they work.
