Time Warner has finally stepped up it's game. We now have 30/5 and 50/5 broadband packages available. Ordering took about 20 minutes. Installation took about 30 minutes. Motorola SB6580 cable modem and using my own wireless router. Cost for Extreme (30/5) is $54.95/month since I have cable services also. Overall, the ordering and installation was smooth and painless. Service quality is very good, no issues. Thank you Time Warner
