Update: Since I've upgraded to 30/5 the service is awesome. This upgrade was not by choice, all the other services that TWC offers are only a little faster than Dial-up, not much faster...just a little itsy-bit faster...

Turbo is about 5-6Mb. Standard is about 1-2Mb. Utilization issues going on for over a year now...

 nope. not me, but i get lower than 1Mb down (supposed to be 15) most of the time.

i cant. only providers that i can get are rr or verizon dsl. thats it.

crap

I am in queens as well, customer for 7 years and past 4 weeks service from RR here is a joke at peak times, total crap.
