I've had TWC for ~3 years now (came from DSL-Extreme due to AT&T POTS cost)
Initial install was quick/dirty and left me with many call backs due to old RG-59 cable on the STB giving channel loss. TWC did have some major issues with DNS servers a couple of years back, and major routing problems. Their TV service has also been 'gradually' killing off CATV channels to force users to pay for STBs.
More recently - I've been getting 1-5% packet loss on my first hop. TWC tech came out and stated that my line inside the house was clean, and it was upstream (blamed on power outage), there appears to be no fix.
I may have to drop TWC over this and join the dark side (AT&T / deathstar) if they don't fix this. I use my PC for work, and dropped SSH/WTS sessions every 10-20 minutes is not usable, nor is dropped Skype calls.
