Update 6/19/12: I'm back to TWC after leaving Uverse. I'm getting new customer pricing which is $42.5/month for 20/2 service. I was paying $59.xx/month for Uverse which was 18/1.5 Mbit.

Update: So a year later, Time Warner wanted to jack my internet only bill from $40 to $62/month. I called into their retentions department and was told they wouldn't lower the bill, so I switched to U-Verse. Faster speeds for the same $40/month (18 vs 15 Mbps). So far, U-Verse has been great.
Original review:Great service that is both fast and reliable. The only thing that worries me is Time Warner mentioning bandwidth caps. I will jump ship (if I can) to another company if they do.
