Time Warner/Roadrunner works 99% of the time without issue. Every once in a while we have an outage with the television, but it never lasts too long... an hour max. Strangely, I can use the TWC app on my iPad and it works if there is an outage. I recently found out that they were double charging me on the modem fee. There was no issue getting them to credit the fee back, but it was a silly mistake. I also purchased my own Motorola SB6121 modem and that somehow increased my speed as it was hovering somewhere around 10/2 and now gets about 20/2. The old SB5100 was extremely outdated.

The only other option in this area is U-Verse. I don't care for the data caps that they are offering or the speed. I do love their TV services though.

Overall, TWC is the way to go for ME.
