  • Location: Ridgewood, Queens, NY, USA
  • Cost: $76 per month
Price for the service (speed) is decent. Tech support has been responsive when issues arise.
Grouped line can get congested at times. Ocassional connection issues whether slow, dropping packets, or no connection at all.
If you do not need extreme speed (especially up) can be good value. Expect some service problems, but swift response.

I have had time warner at three different apartments over the years. Currently in NYC.

I have had service issues over the years, which can be frustrating but Customer service at least makes attempts to correct them. Sever issues have sometimes required a technician to come to correct.

The download speeds have become pale in comparison to newer offerings by other companies. If you don't need huge down or any up speed, their prices can be a good deal. If need the speed you will have to look elsewhere, since Time Warner Cable always seems to be behind the curve in offerings.

For what it is and what I am paying I have been satisfied, however I still review my service every 6 months to see if there are better offers available.
