I am really liking Adelphia Powerlink. It is a million times faster then DSL. 
I didn't really know to much about Cable internet, if I knew if was this fast and affordable, I would have gotten it sooner.
I ordered the 3000/256 for $26.95 for the first 12 months and $44.95 after the 12 months, no contracts. Still cheaper then my Earthlink DSL which was $50 and I could only get 330/322. I am extremely happy with the speeds, I am getting 2800/245.
It has been a good experience and a fast set up time, from the time I order the self install on-line to actually getting on-line. It only took 7 days and the only reason it took that long was waiting on modem to arrive. When I did get the modem, it took me about a mintue to get up and running, called tech support to activate the modem and that was it.
The only negative thing is their email servers. It went down 3 times for the 2 weeks I have had the cable. I hope this is not a common problem. Also Adelphia doesn't seem to be up to day on thier status page when they are doing maintenance. For right now, it's not a big deal.

The service is still going great.I continue to get fast speeds.
I upgraded to the Premier Plan for $43.95 and the speeds are still great.
