I have to use an alternate DNS server, MAIL is useless, NEWS in worthless, SPAM IS UNREAL, the caps are total bull shit, and the download throttling is more fuel for the fire... I first started paying $29 now i'm at $50!

Last night I was using my computer , when all went dead , the modem was still working
( all the lights were on), but now my ip# was 192.168.xxx.xx and some times 164.186.xxx.xx, so I hooked the modem right to my NIC instead of the router , and it was the same thing, I went crazy , looking into everything , I called OOL about 7 hours later (i went to sleep) and they told me my modem was not registered , but they knew I have been using OOL with this modem and paying for it for over 1 year now , I gave them all my info and they said � We are sorry this happened to , you and it wont happen again, we have put you back in the system and you are good to go� and I was , its working fine now. Has anyone had this happen to them before?

The second it was in my town I got a modem from a friend and hooked it up, and it it worked. Then I told them at the Wiz I was using it and I would like to go legit. I have only had a few times my modem went out of sync. After all my friends and family had OOL for the past 2 years it has come to my home and thank god. 56k sucks.
Since I own my own modem did not have to sign any contract. I set every thing up with in 15 minuets from the time I had the modem in my hand. So that's why I say 0 Days from order to success. Ill keep you up to date if I have any problems. 11:11
