There availability page is not correct, I purchased a modem and sync two months before it was available, make sure you register you modem within 9 days or they will CAP your modem. The speed is GREAT, I have never had any down time. A+++.
3 year later. I am happy, will not switch to FIOS, I have all there services, TV. PHONE and CABLE. March 2010 Happy
