    I haven't had a bad experience yet, except for 1 short service downtime occurrence in the past year.

    Service and technical staff is very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.

    Service speed is beautiful; but then again, I don't violate the Terms of Service either.

    Overall rating = EXCELLENT.

    Good for you

    You imply that those who don't have good experiences don't comply with the Terms of Service. Unless the Terms of Service include accepting periodic 56K download speeds, I don't appreciate this comment.

    Glad you live in an area that is not experiencing problems. In my area, they finally (after more than a year!!!! ) have admitted they have a system problem. Would have been nice if they would stop sending Techs to waste my time when they already know it's something THEY have to fix!
