Update: 12/14/2008 Well it's been 3 years since i wrote my last review about cablevision. The service still keeps being good even though there has been some downtime but nothing to go crazy about. I still love the service because of the fast speed.
Update: 6/22/2005 I still have OOL service and still love it even after the slow that that happened 2 weeks go that lasted almost a month.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CABLEVISION!
Update: 6/21/2004 I have had OOL for 6 months now I have to say that I don't regret coming to OOL now. the speed is crazy fast. I'm loving this service everyday. now I will start paying 49.95 for the service and I say that it is well worth the price. before when I had verizon I thought that having 1.5mb down and 128kbps up was good for 29.95 a month but that's like a 10th persent of what I have now and for 20.00 more I don't know how can someone be without it. (sorry for the punt but it's the truth).
I switched from VERIZON to OOL not by choice but VERIZON made me do it they turned my dsl service off so I went with OOL I was happy with VERIZON but I would've stayed with verizon for a long time but since they turn off my service I went to OOL and I don't regret it I should've came to OOL sooner the speed is beautiful 9mb down and 1mb up
I recommend it to anyone that has OOL in their area and don't have the service and if your with verizon make the change you'll love it.
