    since last year have had more frequent short outages. modem goes offline when service is needed most. works fine most of the time, but there are bad times when the service goes out at random. tech support has not found anything positive relating to this issue. part of life i guess

    I'd say this is an accurate portrayal of OOL. The reason why I canceled is because of the lack of customer support that would fix the frigging problems that was obviously theirs! Plus the rising price!
