I had OOL with my order of Digital cable, It was really Simple.. However my computer gave a fuss with ZAP. But the tech did the install and checked unde Ipconfig, The OOL part only took like 10 Min and that was it. I got the Motorola SB5100 Cable modem which is alot smaller then the SB4100 I have. I had issues with the speed at first but that was on my end, After the Tech Left I hooked the Modem up to the router and that was pretty much everything I'm able to get 1.15MB/s down on the Opt64 Ftp test... Better then what I had in Norwalk 2 years ago which was like 856Kb/s for the download.
(update) 2011
So far good no real issues and no downtime that's longer then 24/hr I did have a bad modem before that would keep resetting but tech came over and swapped it out with no problem.
