    I have had OOL for a few months now and had seen consistent speed until last month

    .Ever since then I started to experience severe slowdowns during the night hours from about 6:30PM to 1AM.Speed drops to as low as 2mbps.

    As far as reliability the connection had gone out along with cable television service several times during a period of a few months .During morning hours I get 12mbps or more but during the most i get is about 5mb.Expensive service too compared to DSL.

    I expected the connection to be reliable and consistently fast , and it was at first , during the first few months but recently it stopped being that.My signal levels are consistently close to 40dB , averaging around 37dB.I don't know what could be causing the slowdowns other than perhaps that during this time their network is overloaded.
