    They advertise 30/5 for boost and i cant even get 16/3 and they refuse to fix it and say nothing is wrong. If I'm lucky i will hit 25 mb at 5 am in the morning when i don't need it and if you do call tech support your in for a ride because all of the techs are really bad and don't know anything but how to tell you to reset the modem and set an appointment and blame your equipment for slow speeds. I got sick of getting half the speeds when i pay for double the speed so i ordered Verizon Fios which is going to be installed for Thursday and canceled Boost for the 15/2 service from OOL till then and this is way less than 15/2 and its more like 5mb down and 900 up which is worse than the 10/1 they had years ago and they say we only guarantee 2 mb download but they offer 15 down. HA GO F**K Yourself

    All in all they are the worst ISP in the world and they just dont care about the customer and mislead people with there stupid tv commercials that say all this BS that they are the fastest fiber optic network in the nation when they aren't even fiber optics.

    Last Result:
    Download Speed: 5319 kbps (664.9KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed: 874 kbps (109.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

    I got the triple play because it was a good deal but the internet is horrible during peak hours and I doubt they will fix it just like the year before I had it and it was just as bad but if you have the choice go with Fios and you will get your speeds unlike OOL.

    More Crap

    again today i guess alot of people are on but i cant even get 2000 up and 16 mb down so that is unacceptable for 30/5. Fios will always be about 90% of your advertised speeds while OOL falls below 50%

    Look how crappy Boost is with HORRIBLE speeds and packetloss on Optimums network which is supposed to be so GREAT not to mention the pings on the smoke ping test.

    This is supposed to be 30/5 and its like 1/2 mb down and 2 mb up

    call tech support or use the direct forum. this seems to be a very biased & isolated incident from all the other reviews.
    If they cant fix then stop trolling and go on your merry fios way...

    Well be glad you don't live here !! My Fios is coming in 2 days and OOL even at full Boost speeds cant compete with Fios !!

    is atypical. I'm very happy with OOL service, both TV and Internet. For all anybody knows, you have an issue with inside wiring. Good luck with your FIOS switch.

    Thanks for the luck but i have tested everything with OOL and it is too many people on here. They changed everything even on there node and it only slows down in the day. At night Boost and 15/2 is what its supposed to be but in the day Boost goes from full speed to 15/3 and the 15/2 goes to about 5/1 there is nothing i can do and OOL tells me the same thing.

    OOL is just not good over here and there a few of my friends with the same problem but Fios doesn't seem to have any problems yet.
