    Love the service, really enjoy the on demand features. Excellent internet speeds.
    Install was done fast and done right the first time.
    I wouldn't even consider another broad band service. I was given all scientific atlanta boxes and modem. Love being able to forward my voip line to my cell phone.

    OOL sucks

    it is horrible and unreliable unless you just browse the web with speeds ranging from 1/4 the advertised speed to about 90% at 5 am when you are sleeping and cant use it which sucks. the tech support might be 24/7 but they are dumb and blame your equipment everytime there is a problem. the only good thing they are good for is if you just browse the web and that it.

    I'm not sure if you have a connection issue, or not, but I just had OOL, and OV installed this past Sunday after having a problematic DSL line from Verizon for a couple of years. It always connected, but since I was 18,000FT from CO, noise levels were at their limits, and would drop from time to time, and download was 1.5/384. Since cable install, very close to 15/2 everytime I do a speed test, no matter what time of day. The voice service so far works flawlessly also. I have been a DTV customer for a number of years now, and always disliked CV since getting rid of them in 2000, but I must say I am impressed with their OOL, and OV service, and it saves me money. I will keep DTV, but for internet, and voice, it's CV for the near future until fios.

    no i dont have a connection issue according to OOL cause they re wired everything and even had a tech come here with his laptop and still got crappy speeds so we know its OOLs problem and not mine but they said OOL speeds are up to speeds and 10 mb is fine with boost for them even though they offer 30 mb. sure they will try to fix it but if it doesnt work your shit out of luck.

    Mahwah, NJ    		 You have no idea what are you talking about. Optimum is the fastest and cheapest internet in the try state area. I have my service from optimum for the last 5years it’s been rock solid.

    update

    I attached a speed test to my review. It is consistent for me. I have had no problems with the services. Its been a few months and still love the service. Couple of time the boxes shut off for updates. I'm up when most people are asleep so I can understand the timing.

    Blunted I just don't care about your opinion. Your expirence may have been a bad one, I hope Fios works out for you. For me Cablevision is excellent.
