    I have their BOOST 30/5 with the triple play. I've had the service for over a year now and have never had to order a trouble call or call them to have a problem fixed. I gave tech support a middle score because I don't know how good they are.

    When the tech came out to do the install they had messed up my work order so I had to run 2 lines myself but again, no biggie.

    Overall its been a good experience, speeds have been consistent and service has been stable. Would I do it over again? Oh yeah.
