    The boost package (30mbps/5mbps) allows me to host my web server and is great with usenet. I download on usenet at my max speed (30) and upload at my max (5). The monthly cost is $40 (triple play + 10 for boost). The order/install was easy. Went to optimum store and picked up the modem. The speed is relatively constant, over the past 2 years I've only had slow speeds and loss of service 2 times. If your looking for speed, go with optimum.
