Service reps response within a few days however never during the intermittent service failures.
Speedtest and dslreport logging show very high latency at times.
Repeated problems for past year despite service line repairs.
Customer since 1995.
Impossible to participate in online simulation sessions.
Perhaps FIOS will solve problems.
