-Any technical issues were solved quickly and easily via Optimum support, although hold times ranged from 15 minutes to 2 minutes.
-50mbs with optimum boost plus is advertised, 60mbs is usually the speed that is achieved during all non-peak hours, during peak hours, the speed can drop to about half (which is still fast)
-I use about 400+GB of bandwidth a month and have not been throttled or contacted about excessive use
-Billed as advertised
-Was provided with an Arris DOCSIS 3.0 modem (which can get hot)
Overall, I am very satisfied with the speed and the price of the internet.
