I've had Comcast for a year now and have no complaints, 0 down time in the year, ( with the exception of a cable cut by the City)
Speed was not a selling point for me, the always connected was.
The one time I called Tech Support was for mail and that was fixed before we hung up.
All in all I'm very satisfied.
