1800/220 consistently. No outages or slowdowns except for thunderstorm when CATV out also. Web site is terrible for any help if you need it.
Installation $114 included 3 cable outlets and a new line from pole.
A bit expensive at $59 but first 2 months are $9.99 each and no contract.
UPDATE 5/2009:
Now upgraded to 16/2 with PowerBoost also. This is the $10 extra package.
Very few outages, most for just a short time.
Speed is consistent and reaches the 16/2 advertised - downloads are 2 MBytes per second.
Tech support is still worthless. I always have to contact the regional VP to get anything done - every truck roll they do consists of nothing more than a guy testing the power levels, which I already knew were OK. If the problem is obviously with the Comcast line in the neighborhood, nothing ever happens - the tech that comes on the truck roll always says he will "turn it over to maintenance", but they never show up. I asked for a copy of the ticket to maintenance and was refused.
If you contact the regional VP, though, you'll have maintenance guys there ASAP. I had to do that to get a new drop installed after 4 or 5 of these useless "truck rolls."
One guy who came out had to call somebody to find out what "packet loss" was.
