    Ordering process was easy. Came out and installed right on time.
    The modem is an Motorola SB5100. They took 20 min. to do the install, I opted for the basic install.

    $42.95 a month with no contract is a great deal here in my area of Portland, OR.

    I have a dynamic IP and mail seems to be working good.

    Speed advertised was 3000/256.
    As of this morning I'm getting steady speeds of 3300/200.

    I'm happy with my cable.

    Just came back!

    Edit:
    I now have the 8000/768 plan. it's still the same price for the next 3 months.
    I don't have downtime and the speeds are right on.
    Still the best choice in my neck of the woods.
