    Well in the 7 years that I've had this service it's still been fairly reliable. Outages are still few and far between, and are usually resolved rather quickly. I can't remember the last time that I experienced a service interruption that lasted longer than a few hours. Technical support is normally polite and eager to resolve the issue, even if it is out of there control. I still would have no problem recommending this service to anyone, but I would advise a little haggling to see if you can get one of the promotional deals.
