Been using Comcast since 2004; there have been bumps in the road with installation and occasional service drop-outs, but nothing major in my area (Saint Paul, MN).
In October 2008 I've moved to the Ultra tier, which gives me the 22/5 connection speed...very nice. Only bad thing is that I'm renting a modem instead of having the option to purchase - their Ultra tier requires a Docsis 3.0 compatible modem, which currently is not available in stored.
