Too many ups and downs, jammed email server adn inconsistant speeds. Not worth the money, converted to SBC/Ameritech since 10/04.

Aug 7 2008: Four years later, Comcast has presented a number of deals to return to Comcast or create new business. Each offer has gone into the shredder as they billed me for the month even after I stopped service and made a final payment to them at the time I turned in my digital box. They never returned my billing inquiries and went so far as to place their overcharge on my credit report for me to dispute. I would go back to rabbit ears and converter box and use DTV if I had to before I would use Comcast again for TV. Since I do not use their Internet service, I could not address whether they have improved their service or not.
