I had some problems at first, but after a few phone calls to tech support I got them to roll a truck. The tech was very friendly and rewired my house. After this, my speeds have been perfect, averaging 3.9 down. (remember, this is an old review)

For that price, theres not too much to loose.
I dumped Bellsouth DSL for Comcast HSI, and I really do not regret it to far. 
UPDATE- speeds have been upgraded ( about 12 down) outstanding.
