I have had Comcast for 7-8 months. I have both cable tv and internet service with Comcast. It has worked very well for me. I have only had a couple of outages that I have noticed in that time period and then it was only 45 minutes or so. Internet setup was easy and the speed is simply awesome. All in all I am very pleased with the product.
The only problems that I have had have been with customer service. Missed install dates, promises that were never kept, bill screw ups, managers never calling back, etc. I finally gave up trying to get my bill fixed after several months and paid the extra amount despite not owing it. In all fairness not everyone that I talked with at customer service was bad. Only a few of them were and out of the bad ones I am more ticked with one manager in particular. I guess some battles are not worth fighting over. You can’t make some people do what they promise with no amount of trying to fix it. Every since the rocky start I have had no further problems.
From a product stand point I would not have a bit of trouble recommending them to anyone. The cable tv and internet service has been excellent. If I was to base my recommendation on customer service alone it would be a different story.

After being with Comcast for several years nothing has really changed. I am very happy with my internet service as well as my tv.
I did downgrade to just basic cable as I do not watch that much tv but kept the internet service.
I have had a few bumps in the road with connectivity but it has been fairly solid for the most part. No real complaints. I have no problem with recommending them to anyone.

Still plugging along with Comcast. Very few problems with my service.
