My Comcast service is in Larimer County, eight miles west of Fort Collins, CO in the foothills just south of Horsetooth Mountain Park.
For some odd reason, we have had every HSI service here, when in fact there is no profitability AFICS in this remote and low-density residential area.
In any event, when I test my 8Mbps/768kbps connection from the Comcast install wizard download in Denver,
[ »denv-cdn01.cmc.co.denver.comcast···zard.exe ] the download rate is 12-15Mbps. Checking upload rates, my best is about 1200kbps to the SpeakEasy server in San Francisco.
Tech service has always, since the AtHome, ATT, Comcast transitions, been excellent. We commonly have 100 mile per hour winds, pole-mounted wires, lightning, etc., and all of these ISPs have had top-notch technicians who understand the specific service issues we face.
No problem exchanging modems at the local office, Cable TV/HD service are also excellent.

I must my usual post about Comcast lousy and HSI.One of these days will get good service and services what the rest of country. Thanks Comcast for the lousy TV and HSI and awful
