I have this service for more years that I can remember, starting with TCI/@home, to AT&T, and now Comcast. I must say that 2005 was the first year that the service was working with up time that is kinda acceptable. But as I had said in the "bottom line" I have no choice as Comcast is the only game in town..
Update: Sept. 2009
Service still great. can't remember a problem since my last review. Last week I added Comcast Voice and after a few minor problems with porting the number from ATT, now the service works flawlessly..
