Upgrade was easy. More than tripled speed for $2 more a mo. Very reliable. No downtime except when power goes down.
Nothing, although I could always a less expensive price but that goes for everything including taxes.
Comcast has improved a lot. Happy with them. I would hope that everyone could get such good service.

I got the 25/6 plus landline voice bundle for $78 a month with a 2 year contract. I just bumped it to 75/6 so my bill went to $94. Tested at 88/6 which is sweet. Ordering was a pain on the internet but I just called and they straightened it out. I got the self install which was easy. They sent me an Arris TG862G/CT modem/router, which works fine. The firewall settings could be more granular though. Just 3 settings, low, medium, and high. The admin password is admin and can't be changed(!?). It's adequate but I'll bridge it to a real router down the road. Ordering on internet was frustrating but calling them made it easier. Definitely use the phone to order. You get a phone menu at first but it doesn't take long to get to a human. The service reps were nice and very helpful. All in all, I'm quite happy with my service for now. Wished it was cheaper, but I wish that about everything. Update: Received new modem (Cisco w/dual band wifi) to support speed jump to 175 Mbps with dual band wifi. I can finally stream Roku to my living room. (modem is in bedroom) Support people were very helpful and very polite. Even more than the last time I dealt with them. Automated phone menu is less convoluted than before. Got to a human in just 2 jumps. All in all a good experience.

Update 7-1-'20: Wanted to upgrade my connection so I shopped around and stayed with xfinity. I pay $2 more a mo for internet/voice, but got my speed bumped up to 600/15 from 175/5. Hell of a deal. I ordered the new service on a Fri and got my new modem on the following Tue. Activation was easy and I'm very happy with my service and connection. Very reliable.
